ZUE Group had an order backlog worth PLN 1,660 million at the end of March, will add PLN 785 million

The order backlog of the ZUE Group totaled PLN 1,660m at the end of March this year, and ZUE expects to conclude a railway contract in the Będzin-Katowice area for the net amount of PLN 785m (ZUE’s offer was selected as the most advantageous), which will increase the company’s order backlog by 48%, the company said.

“As at the date of this report, the order backlog of the ZUE Group amounts to PLN 1,660 million in total, including construction and assembly works contracted by ZUE with a net value of PLN 1,618 million, which ensure the execution of works in the years 2023-2025. In terms of project activities, the value of signed contracts to be implemented in 2023-2025 is PLN 7.2 million net. The portfolio of orders accepted by Railway gft for the supply of materials and equipment for the years 2023-2025 amounts to PLN 20.6 million net. Energopol’s portfolio of construction works amounts to PLN 20.4 million, reads the financial report for Q1.

ZUE participates in subsequent tenders on the municipal and railway markets in Poland and Romania.

The main activity of the ZUE capital group is the design and implementation, in the general contracting formula, of comprehensive services for the construction and modernization of tram and railway lines, together with the accompanying infrastructure. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2010. Consolidated revenues of ZUE amounted to PLN 921.42 million in 2022.
