XTPL has concluded a non-exclusive distribution agreement with Ontos Equipment System INC for XTPL’s technological solutions, the company announced. Under the agreement, Ontos Equipment will act as a distributor of XTPL technological solutions mainly in North America. The cooperation is aimed at supporting the company in finding wider applications for the company’s technologies and products in technology corporations, R&D centers and scientific units. The cooperation will focus on introducing XTPL technological solutions in the area of semiconductor technology, in particular in the area of the so-called advanced microassembly and hybrid bonding.
XTPL develops and commercializes additive technology enabling ultra-precise printing of nanomaterials on the global market. The technology developed at XTPL is used in areas of the growing printed electronics industry, including: semiconductors, displays and advanced PCBs. The company’s shares debuted on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2019.
