Benefit Systems maintains that this year in Poland it would like to achieve an increase in ARPU (average revenue per user) in the B2B and B2C segments at the level of min. 10% y/y, informed the member of the management board responsible, among others, for for finances Bartosz Józefiak. The company estimates that this goal will be achieved thanks to the April and May price increases.
“We would like to achieve 10 percent. ARPU increase. […] In Poland, most of these activities [related to price increases] take place in April and May and we feel comfortable today; I do not assume that we would like to exceed it somehow, this is the goal [+10% ARPU y/y],” said Józefiak during the press conference.
He said about the Zagranica segment that “today it seems that we are satisfied with the pricing policy on this market. Most of the work, when it comes to wage increases abroad, is already behind us.
He also maintained the observation that customers, despite the difficult economic environment, do not give up physical activity.
“People are quicker to give up other goods than spending money on health and physical activity. This may be the aftermath of covid, on the other hand, the effect of the economic situation – in Poland, the [financial] availability of fitness clubs is still very high” – concluded Józefiak.
