WB Electronics has entered into a contract with the South Korean defense company Hanwha Aerospace Co., Ltd. as the ordering party for the supply of command and communication system components, the company announced. The net value of the contract is approx. USD 155.5 million, i.e. the net equivalent of approx. PLN 693.5 million.
“The contract was concluded in connection with the planned implementation by the contracting authority for the State Treasury – Agencja Uarmenia of a separate contract for the supply of K239 multiple rocket launchers for the Polish Army in the years 2023-2027, and the company will act as a subcontractor for this contract,” reads the release. .
The contract will be implemented in the period until the second quarter of 2027, and it will expire automatically in the event of a possible termination of the above-mentioned agreement. of the contract between the ordering party and the State Treasury – the Armament Agency, added.
