Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs sees positive prospects for the development of its business in 2022, said president Franz Jurkowitsch, ISBnews. However, in the context of the difficult economic situation, the management board will refrain from recommending a dividend for 2021, with the intention of remaining a dividend company in the future. “Warimpex continues to have a solid economic footing, so we expect the business to grow positively in 2022. We are taking the tense situation surrounding the events in Ukraine very seriously and we do not know how they will affect the economy. We have an experienced team in crisis situations that can flexibly react to current events, thanks to which we are well prepared for future challenges, ”Jurkowitsch said in an interview with ISBnews. “Taking into account the difficult and dynamically changing economic situation, the management board of Warimpex does not intend to propose a dividend payment to the general meeting. This does not change our plans to remain a dividend company after the market stabilizes, ”he added. Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs AG is a development and investment company based in Vienna, listed on the stock exchanges in Vienna and Warsaw.
