The Polish technology company Vercom (provider of cloud solutions offered in the CPaaS model; Communication Platform-as-a-Service) is making its debut today on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
At the end of April, the company completed its IPO ( i.e. the initial public offering that precedes the official listing on the stock exchange). Vercom then offered 5 million shares in a public offering at an issue price of PLN 45 per share. The value of the entire offer was therefore PLN 225 million, and the company acquired PLN 180 million, which it will spend entirely on acquisitions.
The company has its headquarters in Poznań, and its three offices are located in Warsaw, Prague and Berlin. The company’s clients include such companies as mBank, Żabka, Rossmann and Allegro.
