Vercom intends to consider further acquisitions in the perspective of 2024 and 2025, after the completion of the integration of entities that joined the group in the last two years, announced President Krzysztof Szyszka.
“Over the last years, we have managed to increase the scale of our operations 40 times. The goal for the next decade is at least a 10-fold increase. We have the ambition to reach the level of one million paying customers in this time. In recent years, we have proven that we are able to effectively combine organic growth with acquisitions, therefore, after completing the integration of entities that joined our group in the last two years, we intend to consider further acquisitions in the perspective of 2024 and 2025,” said Szyszka, quoted in the release.
“We plan to participate in the consolidation of the CPaaS [Communication Platform-as-a-Service] market – we are considering further acquisitions in 2024-2025, after completing the integration of the entities acquired after the IPO,” the quarterly report also reads.
CFO Łukasz Szałasnik pointed out that the conversion of EBITDA to free cash flows is approx. 80%, which allows the Group to regularly reduce its debt level and accumulate funds for dividend payments or potential acquisitions.
In Q2 2023, Vercom took control of Appchance Group and Center.ai, and increased its share in Appchance Group from 49.05% to 52.06%; Consolidation of the results of Appchance Group and Center.ai has been taking place since May 2023. MailerLite and Oxylion have been consolidated since July 2022, the report states.
Vercom creates global communication platforms in the cloud (Communication Platform-as-a-Service – CPaaS) that enable companies to reach customers through a centralized platform. Currently, the services of the Vercom Group are used by such entities as Allegro, OLX.pl, Answear.com, Rossmann, Żabka, mBank, IKEA. The company debuted on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2021.
