Unimot initially had at least PLN 80 million cons. Adjusted EBITDA in Q1 2022

Unimot has decided to withdraw from publishing the adjusted consolidated EBITDA forecast for 2022, the company said. At the same time, Unimot announced that the adjusted EBITDA for the first quarter of 2022 amounted to at least PLN 80 million.

“The issuer's management board made the above decision taking into account external market factors independent of the company, related to the high volatility and uncertainty of the fuel market situation caused by the ongoing armed conflict in Ukraine and the economic effects of sanctions imposed on Russia and Belarus in connection with this event. In addition, the inability to estimate and publish the forecast for 2022 results from the unpredictable impact of the planned acquisition of Lotos Terminale assets on this year's results, ”reads the release.

At the end of March this year. Unimot reported that the group initially achieved PLN 70.5 million of adjusted EBITDA in 2021, compared to PLN 87.2 million a year earlier.

Unimot specializes in trading diesel oil, biofuels, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), natural gas (including LNG) and electricity. As a member of the international association Avia International, since 2017, he has been developing a network of petrol stations in Poland under the Avia brand. In 2020, the company entered the photovoltaic market with the Avia Solar brand. In March 2017, the company made its debut on the WSE main market after switching from NewConnect. The company had PLN 4.82 billion of consolidated revenues in 2020.
