Unihouse – a subsidiary of Unibep that produces modular buildings in wooden technology – has signed an Everest Development 2 contract for the implementation of 71 two-story buildings in modular technology at the Holiday Park & Resort in Jelenia Góra, Unibep reported. The contract value is PLN 18.5 million net.
“The works will start in the third quarter of 2022 and will end in the first quarter of 2023.” – we read in the announcement.
As a result of the conclusion of the agreement, the estimated value of the modular segment portfolio represented by Unihouse to be implemented in the third and fourth quarter of 2022 and for subsequent years amounts to approximately PLN 220 million, it was also announced.
Unihouse had PLN 94 million of sales revenues in the first half of 2022 compared to PLN 134 million a year earlier. The gross margin decreased by 9.26 percentage points y / y. up to -6.91%.
