Transition Technologies is still counting on the TTMS debut in 2022

Transition Technologies (TT) is still counting on the stock exchange debut of its company from the group - TTMS in 2022, the president of TT Konrad Świrski informed ISBtech. TT plans to continue acquisitions of Polish and foreign companies and targets over PLN 1 billion in turnover within a few years.

“We are still counting on the debut of TTMS in 2022. If it had not been for the war in Ukraine, we would probably be talking about TTMS today as a listed company. However, due to the current geopolitical situation and increased volatility of share quotations on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, it was decided to suspend the proceedings in the Polish Financial Supervision Authority regarding the public offering of shares, ”said ISBtech Świrski.

According to the preliminary results, the Transition Technologies Group achieved net sales revenues of as much as PLN 487 million. For comparison, they were 35% higher than the year before. In turn, the Group's net profit was the best in history, reaching PLN 42 million, and EBITDA was PLN 56 million. "The first preliminary estimates of 2022 show that it can be even better" - summed up Świrski.
