The total volume of investment transactions completed in Poland in 2018 may exceed EUR 6 billion, according to results from the forecasts of the international consulting company Cushman & Wakefield. In the first half of this year, the total value of investment transactions in Poland amounted to EUR 3,246 million, an increase of 113 percent per annum.
The growth is partly due to increased activity of investors from North America, Germany, Asia, South Africa and the Czech Republic.
