Tidio has acquired over PLN 110 million, incl. from PeakSpan Capital, Inovo Venture and Rafał Brzoski

Tidio raised over PLN 110 million (USD 25 million) in Series B, led by the PeakSpan Capital fund, the announcement said. The round was also attended by, inter alia, Polish fund Inovo Venture Partners and Rafał Brzoska.

“We want to be a tool of first choice for entrepreneurs starting a new business on the Internet, which they will reach for as soon as they set up their hosting and launch a website or online store. The basic version of our service is free for them, and thanks to transparent pricing plans, they can easily scale up and adapt Tidio to their needs, ”said Tidio co-founder and CEO Tytus Gołas, quoted in the release.

Tidio is a Polish startup that develops a customer service platform for small and medium-sized companies. The company from Szczecin offers, among others live chat and AI-based chatbots. Tidio tools integrate, among others with email, Facebook, Instagram, WordPress and Shopify, enabling entrepreneurs to serve customers from all channels in one mailbox and to collaborate as a team.
