The prospectus was submitted to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on July 30 this year. The company wants to conduct an initial public offering of shares and will start listing on the WSE.
As announced by the Murator Group at the beginning of August, the company has already filed a prospectus with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and plans to start the race on the Stock Exchange.
“Over the past three years, we have made fundamental changes to our financing structure, replacing previously fragmented sources of financing with a structured syndicated loan. We have also adjusted our financial reporting systems to the highest market standards” – assesses Nikodem Iskra, president of Murator.
As he emphasizes, joining the group of companies that are already listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and we will find many representatives of the development industry among them is “a natural step for a company with a scale of activity like ours”.
