The WP Group feels ready for further acquisitions and is looking at several potential targets from the e-commerce industry abroad, according to the CEO Jacek Świderski.
“Theoretically, we could have twice as much debt and theoretically we could spend twice as much as we spent last year on acquisitions this year, i.e. nearly PLN 600 million. Will we publish – well, as always, it will be ‘in the next episode’,’ Świderski said during the press conference.
He emphasized that the company is satisfied with the acquisition of the Szallas Group and Audioteka.
“They run their business even a bit better than we expected,” the president pointed out.
