The public offering of up to 15.9 million new series E shares (representing 21.2% of the share capital after the increase) of 3LP will start on May 9 with the publication of the maximum price, the company announced in its prospectus. The intention of the company is to obtain revenues from the offer in the gross amount of approx. PLN 104 million. The public offering covers only a new issue of shares. Currently, the sole shareholder of the company is TIM. “Provided that all newly issued shares will be issued and acquired by investors, after the offering, they will constitute 21.2% of the company's share capital, thus entitling to 15,900,000 votes representing 21.2% of the total number of votes at the general meeting. The company and the controlling shareholder concluded a lock-up agreement for a period of 360 days from the date of the first listing of the shares, ”we read in the announcement about the prospectus. The offer schedule envisages that accepting subscriptions from individual investors as well as book-building among institutional investors will take place on May 10-17. The final number of offered shares, the number of shares offered to each category of investors and the final price of the offered shares are scheduled for May 17. Subscriptions from institutional investors will be accepted on May 18-23. The allocation of shares is scheduled for May 27, and the first day of listing the rights to the company's shares on the WSE - about two weeks later. "We operate in the 'asset light' model - we do not incur any expenses for the construction of warehouses, and we can focus on equipping them with more modern automation, increasing the efficiency of logistics processes, enabling dynamic operational scaling, adapting activities to the prevailing market conditions and increasing efficiency. From the beginning, 3LP was developing dynamically - and only since 2018, revenues have almost doubled, and the EBITDA result has increased 3 times. Our strategy is focused on the further dynamic development of the company, including thanks to funds obtained from the issue. We plan that by the end of 2023 we will manage approx. 240 thousand. m2 of warehouse space - i.e. nearly three times larger than today. In addition, an increasing part of the managed space will be fully automated, ”said President Maciej Posadzy, quoted in the press release.
