Piotr Krupa, president of Kruk, sold 18,116 shares of the company for a total of about PLN 6 million – Kruk said in a press release. The transactions took place on November 18-22, 2021.
The company also informed about the sale of shares by the president last week – on Thursday it said that the president sold 2,961 shares of the company, for a total of nearly PLN 1.1 million.
In an interview, Krupa said that the transaction was related to the necessity to obtain financing for his private needs related to art.
Moreover, the president declared further involvement in the company, although he did not rule out the sale of small blocks of its shares, which may be related to the necessity to obtain financing for private needs related to contemporary art.
