Polish drone start-up goes for PLN 3 million from equity crowdfunding

Subscriptions have started as part of the REAKTO equity crowdfunding campaign – a company creating a solution using a network of docking stations and drones. The goal of the campaign is to raise up to PLN 3 million. The company wants to allocate these funds to continue research and development on the infrastructure dedicated to unmanned aerial vehicles and to launch its own operations center. The company is currently developing its proprietary technology for semi-autonomous patrol and intervention flights using drones. REAKTO plans to debut on NewConnect within the next two years.

REAKTO is a company that deals with the creation and comprehensive service of a quick response system for security agencies and their clients. The company is developing its proprietary technology for semi-autonomous patrol and intervention flights using drones. Currently, REAKTO plans to obtain funding for the continuation of research and development works on the infrastructure for unmanned aerial vehicles and for the launch of its own operations center and the commencement of the service pilot in 2022.

The company has been developing from the very beginning Wojciech Stawiarski, president of the management board and majority shareholder, an experienced designer in the IT industry. The REAKTO team also includes Szymon Lekstan, CFO with experience in the insurance and trade sector, Bartosz Kosiński, CINO, with experience in obtaining financing from public funds and a drone constructor, specialist in vehicle engineering and production technology, Dawid Zielonka. Currently, the REAKTO team consists of 15 people.

According to the schedule of the equity crowdfunding campaign, subscriptions are accepted from September 30 to October 21, 2021.
