The IMS Group had PLN 7.19 million in net profit, and PLN 15.21 million in EBITDA in 2021

The IMS Group recorded PLN 7.19 million of consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company in 2021 compared to PLN 3.1 million of profit a year earlier, the company said in the report.

The operating profit amounted to PLN 8.54 million versus PLN 4.61 million profit a year earlier. The EBITDA result was respectively: PLN 15.21 million compared to PLN 10.44 million a year earlier.

Consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 41.84 million in 2021 compared to PLN 36.5 million a year earlier.

“The year 2021 was very successful in terms of the increase in the number of subscription locations. Their number increased by a total of 9.2 thousand. pcs, of which 1.8 thous. units is an organic growth, and 7.4 thousand. units result from the acquisition of Audio Marketing Sp. z o.o. Organic growth by 1.8 thousand pieces in such a difficult year as 2021 is an undoubted success and a good prognosis for the future. It shows the growing demand for sensory marketing services. A clear increase was also recorded in the segment of advertising services. Revenues increased by 52%, ie by PLN 4 million, ”wrote President Michał Kornacki in a letter to shareholders.

On a standalone basis, the net profit in 2021 amounted to PLN 5.79 million, compared to PLN 3.28 million in profit a year earlier.
