The Erbud Group is talking about cooperation with other Korean companies

The Erbud Group, which signed a cooperation agreement with Daewoo Engineering & Construction in July, is in talks on cooperation with other Korean companies, announced the president of the Erbud Group, Dariusz Grzeszczak.

“We have signed a letter of intent on cooperation with Daewoo, but there are several other companies we are talking to, and this concerns the construction in the industrial and infrastructure sector in Poland, among others. CPK and here we will probably act as a subcontractor for a Korean company, but there is also talk of building a nuclear power plant, but this is a perspective of several years” – said Grzeszczak during the teleconference.

In July this year Erbud has signed a cooperation agreement with Daewoo Engineering & Construction, and the companies are to jointly implement projects in the energy segment and key industry sectors, infrastructural and military sectors. Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd. is a provider of civil engineering and construction services.

Grzeszczak also pointed out that the Erbud Group is keeping an eye on costs, but it is mainly based on the fact that new contracts are signed at safe margins. “It is not difficult to build a large portfolio. We make sure that these offers are calculated and safe,” emphasized the president.

“I think we will soon inform m.in. about contracts in a residential building and it will be about PLN 100-200 million” – he added,

The Erbud Group announced in its quarterly report that it entered the second half of 2023 with a portfolio of orders at the level of approx. PLN 2.8 billion, and in the presentation presented during the teleconference, it stated that the total portfolio of orders – including its own RES projects implemented by Onde – amounted to PLN 3.468 billion at the end of June 2023 .

The Erbud Group is a Polish construction group providing services in the residential, commercial, public utility, engineering, road and energy segments in Poland and European countries. It has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2007; is included in the sWIG80 index. In 2022, it had PLN 3.86 billion in consolidated revenue.
