On March 30, 2022 4Knights S.A. - a subsidiary of the Wrocław game producer The Dust S.A. - signed an investment agreement with TIG ASI sp.z o.o. - a 100% subsidiary of Erato Energy S.A. listed on NewConnect. Under the agreement, TIG ASI will become its significant shareholder and will provide additional capital in the amount of PLN 771,750, taking up 257,250 series D shares at an issue price of PLN 3 per share. As representatives of 4Knights say, these funds will be allocated, among other things, to the development of a unique mechanism of cooperation between players, which can be successfully implemented in games from various genres. The first title to take advantage of this mechanic will be Serum created by Game Island, and in the future, more games by The Dust group. - The cooperation mode on which we are working in the main assumption must meet the standards of modern productions of this type. A huge part of the new generation of players often cannot imagine having fun without multiplayer, and few games in the genres in which we rotate and development teams offer it. Even fewer of them do it well - says Jakub Wolff, CEO of The Dust. The funds obtained will be used for the further implementation of the Game Island strategy and the development of the Serum project - immersive-survival games. - Support for our project from TIG ASI is another step towards achieving the goals we set for ourselves. Our first game, Serum, has already attracted enormous interest from players, and additional funds will allow us to maintain a high level of its production - said Michał Ojrzyński, CEO of Game Island.
