The TenderHut IT Group wants to have 1,000 specialists by 2025, and this year to make up to five more acquisitions, including Evertop, depending on the pace of its transition from NewConnect to the main market of the Stock Exchange (WSE), said president Robert Strzelecki.
“By 2025, a total of 1,000 specialists are to be on board the TenderHut Group (compared to 370 at present). Such a number of qualified employees will allow us to meet the greatest global challenges, ”said Strzelecki.
“Later this year, we want to make up to 5 acquisitions (including Evertop). By expanding the group, we are interested in both development in the product area and increasing the processing capacity itself, ”added the president.
He assessed that the Polish IT market is slowly consolidating, therefore acquisitions will also be made on foreign markets, supporting the strategy of presence in 3 time zones in the LabSystems segment and winning better rates in the Software Development segment.
