TDJ, together with the current owner, plans to expand the network with new facilities in order to ultimately create a national network of veterinary clinices.
“We decided to cooperate with Edina because we were convinced by the company’s well-thought-out development strategy and the team that implements it. In Poland, as well as in the world, the population of pets is growing, and thus the demand for high-quality veterinary services is growing, ”said Tomasz Domogała, the owner and chairman of the supervisory board of TDJ.
Edina currently has a dozen or so health centers located all over Poland. Like the largest European veterinary networks, the company is planning a dynamic expansion of the nationwide network in the coming years. The long-term plan provides for establishing cooperation with over 200 institutions.
“We were looking not so much for an investor as for a partner who would support us with capital and competences, and enable further dynamic development of the Edina network. We can already see today how many benefits the ongoing cooperation with TDJ gives us. Our common strategic goal is to create a leading network of veterinary clinics in Poland, providing comprehensive services at the highest level ”- added the president and founder of Edina Aleksandra Gutkowska.
