Tauron Polska Energia has agreed to the acquisition by the subsidiary Tauron Zielona Energia of 100% shares in a special purpose vehicle with the rights to a project to build a wind farm with a capacity of approx. 60 MW, located in the north-west of Poland, Tauron said. The total capital expenditure related to the acquisition and implementation of this investment will amount to approximately PLN 500 million. Tauron Polska Energia is a holding company in the capital group that deals with coal mining, production, distribution and sale of electricity and heat.
