STS has partnered with Dimoco Payments in Poland for mobile payments

STS has established cooperation with Dimoco Payments on the Polish market in the field of mobile payments in the iGaming sector, announced President Mateusz Juroszek.

“The partnership with Dimoco Payments further emphasizes our innovation, which consistently distinguishes us from other brands in Poland. We are a modern operator that has built its position on the Polish market thanks to numerous investments in technology and products, both based on proprietary solutions and cooperation with leading suppliers,” said Juroszek, quoted in the release.

He noted that STS is constantly developing mobile payment systems to meet customer expectations.

“In Poland, every year more and more people place bets on mobile devices, and a wide selection of high-quality and fast deposit and withdrawal methods is of great value to them. Thanks to the fact that STS now offers its users settlements using carrier billing, it strengthens the company’s position on the bookmaking market in Poland,” added Bettina Sommer, senior vice president for sales at Dimoco Payments.

Carrier billing, i.e. direct settlements with a telecom, is a method of online mobile payments that allows users to make purchases by debiting the mobile operator’s account. In short: the player can deposit an amount to STS, which will be charged only on the telephone bill issued by his mobile operator. This service is available for numbers in the Play network, and eventually all four largest networks will join it, the information states.

“The partnership of Dimoco Payments and STS has the potential to lead to a significant transformation in the Polish iGaming industry, revolutionizing the way users use bookmaker services and putting Poland at the forefront of innovation in the field of mobile payments,” it was also stated.

Dimoco Payments is a payments company with over 20 years of experience that offers local payment methods on a global scale.

Founded in 1997, Grupa STS is the largest bookmaker in Poland, which also operates internationally. The bookmaker is licensed in Great Britain and Estonia, from where it offers services on several markets. The group’s service portfolio includes sports betting, virtual sports, online casino (excluding Poland), BetGames and a wide range of bets on the results of esports events. The company debuted on the WSE in 2021; is included in the mWIG40 index.
