“Last year was extremely intense for us. We achieved not only the best financial results in the history of our entire group, but also introduced STS Holding to the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, we also systematized our activities, simplifying the structure of the capital group. We have proved that thanks to numerous competitive advantages and a unique business model, we achieve extremely attractive financial and operational results. In line with our declarations, we will share the generated profit with the shareholders of STS Holding, ”said President Mateusz Juroszek, quoted in the announcement.

“The beginning of 2022 brought decisive changes in the macroeconomic and geopolitical environment. Despite unfavorable circumstances - rising interest rates, the armed conflict in Ukraine and the tax chaos - we achieved very good operational indicators. What's more, thanks to the positive atmosphere around Polish sport, thanks to, inter alia, the promotion of our team to the World Cup in Qatar, and the favorable calendar of sports events, we hope for even better results in H2 2022 and particularly good results at the end of the year. We expect the group's NGR to increase by 15-20% this year, and the EBITDA margin will be over 40%, ”added the president.
