Softiq, a company belonging to the Euvic Group, bought shares in the Stermedia Group, one of the leaders in the market of artificial intelligence and robotic process automation.
“The transaction will strengthen the competences of the Euvic Group and supplement its offer with new innovative products and services in the field of future technologies. The shares in the Stermedia Group were acquired by Softiq – a company belonging to the Euvic Group, which specializes in the production of software for public administration, banking and healthcare, ”the release reads.
The transaction with the Stermedia Group allows for extending the offer with services in the field of, among others AI (artificial intelligence), RPA (robotic process automation) and products for industrial companies such as AndonCloud.

Public sector entities, which are the main recipients of our services, already operate on huge data sets, but they are more and more willing to use technologies and solutions enabling their advanced analytics.
