Smartlink Partners invested in the operator of the HR management platform OstendiHR

Smartlink Partners, a fund co-created by Polish entrepreneurs, invested PLN 2 million in OstendiGlobal, the owner of the OstendiHR platform. Thanks to the funds obtained, the company intends to intensify customer acquisition
abroad, especially in the USA, stated in the announcement.

“This is the second investment of the Smartlink Parnters fund, operating since June this year. The company suits our strategy because it generates significant recurring revenues and has regular customers. The company’s product is proven by the market and is able to effectively compete with the best solutions available on the global market. The project’s founders are determined to develop outside our country and, in our opinion, they are on the best path to achieving international success,” said Bartłomiej Kurylak, managing partner of Smartlink Partners and CFO of JR Holding ASI, quoted in the release.

OstendiHR is a platform based on web solutions (ostendihr.com portal) for managing soft HR processes, including: onboarding, reonboarding, off-boarding processes, competence review, potential diagnosis, setting and managing goals, organizational diagnosis, attendance management and knowledge management in the organization.

“By using OstendiHR solutions, clients automate repetitive activities and, as a result, speed up the process of receiving data regarding employed employees. Thanks to the modular nature of the platform and the ability to use tools from the area
diagnostic platform operates in report purchase models (usage-based) and subscription models,” emphasized the founder and CEO of Ostendi Global, Bożena Roczniak.

The company currently has clients in Poland, European countries and several non-European countries, generating approximately 10% of its revenues from abroad. Investment,
which will be transferred in two tranches of PLN 1 million each, will be used mainly to intensify foreign sales and further product development.

By investing PLN 2 million, Smartlink Parnters will join investors such as Marcin Grzymkowski and his MKK3 fund, who actively support the development of OstendiGlobal, concluded.

Smartlink Partners ASI was formally registered in May 2023, supports companies selected by the management team from the broadly understood digital business industry (including SaaS, AI software, marketplace), renewable energy and deeptech (including spacetech and greentech) , in the development phase from seed, through growth to round A with amounts up to EUR 2 million.
