The Polish startup is a response to the needs of the hotel industry and tourists in pandemic times. The system sends a link to the indicated telephone number or e-mail address with the registration card. The guest does not have to queue at the reception desk and complete the data on paper, he can do it remotely on his phone, at any convenient time.
The company has already obtained PLN 6 million for the development of a communication platform with hotel service. SmartHotel uses the well-known messengers, Messenger and WhatsApp for this.

The startup has already obtained over PLN 6 million for its idea. Among the entities that have decided to invest are Smok Ventures, LT Capital Ventures and Next Road Ventures. Private investors have also invested in SmartHotel – incl. Wiktor Schmidt – co-owner of one of the largest IT companies in this part of Europe – Netguru, Mirosław Janik – former VP Wincor Nixdorf Group or Mikołaj Chruszczewski – previously associated with PE firm Enterprise Investors, Larq and Brand24.
