Shoper had a net profit of PLN 25.32 million, PLN 31.05 million adjusted. EBITDA in 2021

Shoper recorded PLN 25.32 million of consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company in 2021 compared to PLN 12.49 million profit a year earlier, the company said in the report.

The operating profit amounted to PLN 21.61 million compared to PLN 16.58 million profit a year earlier.

The EBITDA result amounted to last year. PLN 26.71 million compared to PLN 19.76 million a year earlier, and the adjusted EBITDA - respectively: PLN 31.05 million compared to PLN 20.73 million.

Consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 80.19 million in 2021 compared to PLN 46.95 million a year earlier.

On a standalone basis, the net profit in 2021 amounted to PLN 25.15 million, compared to PLN 12.49 million profit a year earlier.

Increasing the scale of operations will allow us to gain new market segments and build the position of a leading supplier of e-commerce solutions for small and medium-sized companies in Europe, ”wrote President Marcin Kuśmierz in a letter to shareholders.

At the end of 2021, the Shoper Group had 33,000. clients, of which 25.7 thous. customers were served directly, and 7.3 thousand customers were served in the Private label model by the group's partners.

Shoper is the owner of the most popular platform in Poland under the same name (Shoper) for the e-commerce market, sold in the SaaS model (software as a service). The company made its debut on the WSE main market in July 2021.
