The consulting company Savills has launched the Polish version of the Workthere internet platform (workthere.pl), which allows you to search for flexible office spaces available in Poland and offers professional assistance in renting the optimal space to work, Savills said.
In Poland, Workthere includes over 100 locations in the largest cities throughout the country, with the possibility of their quick and simple comparison. Companies and individual clients interested in renting flexible space can also count on the support of experienced real estate experts, who will help them choose the appropriate office for a given business activity and negotiate the most favorable lease terms, it is stated.
“Workthere is another natural step for Savills towards new technologies. On the day of the premiere, we cover approximately 80% of the market, cooperating with most of the largest flexible space operators in Poland.”- said Jarosław Pilch, head of Workthere in Poland.
