Resi Capital, belonging to the Cavatina Group, has obtained EUR 43 million in financing for the further implementation of the Quorum and Global Apartments projects from the Regera Sarl investment fund from the Fidera Group, the company announced.

The Quorum complex is the largest mixed-use project in Lower Silesia. In addition to over 340 apartments from Resi Capital, there will be, among others, service and office spaces, supplemented with greenery and relaxation zones. The project is located in the very center of Wrocław, on the Odra river at ul. Sikorski in Szczepin. Currently, advanced works on the 24-storey residential tower are in progress. The contractor provides for studios, 2, 3 and 4-room apartments – areas from 25 to 72 m2.
Global Apartments offers studios, as well as 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments. Areas from 25 to 71 m2 are available. The Global Office Park complex consists of 2 office towers and a smaller office building, as well as one residential tower. High-rise buildings are set on a common 5-storey podium. Office buildings with 25 floors and 100 m high. Currently, advanced construction works are underway on the premises of Global Apartments. The apartments are to be ready at the beginning of 2024, it was also stated.
