The R.Power Group will acquire shares in Menlo Electric, a company dealing in the distribution of PV equipment in Poland and abroad, from Edison Energia, the group said.

Meanwhile, in a world of rapidly changing prices and breaking logistics chains, their importance is growing rapidly. The development of distribution activities fits perfectly into the R.Power Group development strategy, allowing us to strengthen our presence abroad and better use access to capital and purchasing position “- said President of R.Power, Przemek Pięta.
Following the acquisition, R. Power will purchase over 1 GW of modules per year. The Group had already developed its distribution activities. Upon completion of the transaction, the group’s distribution activities will be concentrated in Menlo Electric.
