The e-commerce distributor Primavera Parfum increased revenues by 25% y / y to PLN 245 million in 2021 and estimates the increase in revenues at 20.5% y / y in Q1 2022, the company said. EBIT profit last year increased by 88% y / y to PLN 4.65 million with PLN 6.99 million of net profit.
The company reminds that it forecasted for last year revenue growth of 20% y / y. Primavera, apart from classic wholesale, provides a number of other services – incl. dropshipping, i.e. a logistic model of online sales, consisting in transferring the entire shipping process to the supplier. Sales revenues in this area of activity amounted to PLN 48 million in 2021, increasing by 20% during the year. Drop-shipping accounts for approximately 19% of all group revenues. “The logistics model we offer, in addition to measurable economic benefits, allows delivering a package to a business or individual customer up to 24 hours from the moment of placing an order, which is why it is a solution that is readily used by producers” – said Jędrzej Karasek, CEO of Primavera Parfum Group, quoted in the release.
Primavera also announced that it has withdrawn all Russian products, marked with codes starting with the numbers 460-469, from its offer.
This means the lack of these products in several dozen online stores cooperating with the distributor in Poland and the region. Primavera Parfum provides e-shop services based on a dropshipping or semi-dropshipping system.
