Port Praski, a capital development project, is in the design phase

The Warsaw development project Port Praski is in the design phase, said Maciej Stec, vice-president of the Polsat Plus group.
“Port Praski is in the design phase, we will keep you updated on the progress of the project,” said Stec during the videoconference.

At the end of October, subsidiaries of Cyfrowy Polsat concluded agreements under which HB Reavis Holding Cz a.s. (HBR) acquired 50% of shares in companies in Port Praski City II sp. z o.o. and Port Praski Medical Center.

The above agreements were concluded after all the conditions precedent had been met, including in particular after obtaining the consent of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection to establish a joint venture. In the next step, the parties plan to apply for appropriate administrative decisions aimed at obtaining a building permit, after which they will proceed to determine the precise costs and deadlines for the project.

Cyfrowy Polsat and Polkomtel form an integrated media and telecommunications group controlled by Zygmunt Solorz. Cyfrowy Polsat shares have been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2008.
