“On the basis of the signed agreement, the parties undertake to undertake joint actions concerning, inter alia, evaluation of the hotel market (especially activities in the area of airports), development of recommendations regarding the hotel base in the area of the so-called Airport City (the area around the Solidarity Port), as well as defining the location requirements and profitability analysis, ”reads the release.
In addition, PHH is to be included in the conceptual work on the development of the areas available for use after the transfer of civil air traffic at Chopin Airport, added.

Polski Holding Hotelowy is a 100% state-owned company. There are over 50 hotels and other facilities in the PHH capital group.
