CEO turnover plagues PKO BP

PKO BP’s quotations on the Warsaw Stock Exchange fell by more than 2 percent after Jan Emeryk Rościszewski resigned from the position of the bank’s president.

The president of PKO BP, Jan Emeryk Rościszewski, resigned on Thursday. According to earlier unofficial information from Radio Zet, the bank’s Supervisory Board is to entrust the duties of the president to Iwona Duda, president of Alior Bank. Moreover, Rafał Antczak and Jakub Papierski were dismissed from the board.
