PKN Orlen is looking for opportunities to expand its operations in Ukraine, where it already supplies approx. 1 million tonnes of petroleum products annually and has an almost 15% share in the road fuel market, the company said.
The President of PKN Orlen, Daniel Obajtek, met with representatives of the government and business in Ukraine. The visit was aimed at recognizing the potential opportunities for the development of PKN Orlen’s operations in accordance with the company’s strategy until 2030.
The Orlen Group, selling approx. 1 million tonnes of oil and refining products to Ukraine, is one of the most important suppliers of gasoline and diesel oil to this country. Orlen has an almost 15% share in the road fuel market, an approx. 20% share in the aviation fuel market and a growing share in the bitumen market, it was noted.
