Photon Energy has connected further PV power plants with a capacity of 10.3 MWp to the grid in Romania

Photon Energy Engineering Romania – a Romanian company from the Photon Energy group – has connected more PV power plants to the grid in Romania – with a capacity of 10.3 MWp, the company announced. The total annual production of the power plant will be approximately 4.7 GWh and 10.9 GWh, respectively.

“Following the commissioning of our first six power plants in Romania earlier this year, the commissioning of the installations in Făget and Săhăteni marks another important development milestone for Photon Energy. Currently, in five different locations in Romania, we are implementing projects with a capacity of about 20 MWp, which are at an advanced stage of construction,” said Georg Hotar, CEO of Photon Energy Group, quoted in the release.

Based on the current base load contracts on the Romanian market, the company expects the power plants to generate revenues of EUR 2.25 million in 2024.
