PGE chose the Atende consortium’s offer for PLN 154.3 million for a billing and CRM system for the group

The offer of the subsidiary Atende - A2 Customer Care (consortium leader) and Atende (consortium member) worth PLN 154.3 million gross was selected as the best in the tender for "Implementation of central CRM and Billing systems", conducted on behalf of and for PGE Systemy - companies from the PGE Group, the companies said.
Implementation works will start this year, and the end of the project is scheduled for 2025.

“The purchase and implementation of the new CRM and Billing system is one of the strategic tasks within the digital transformation of the PGE Group. It is the largest project of this type carried out in Poland and one of the largest in Europe. The implementation of the CRM and Billing system and the coordination of all related tasks and projects includes not only the preparation and execution of the purchase, and then the implementation of the new system, but also its connection with many IT systems, which is necessary for the effective implementation of customer service processes in the entire PGE Group "- said the president of Polska Grupa Energetyczna (PGE), Wojciech Dąbrowski, quoted in the press release.

The PGE Group generates 41% of net electricity production in Poland, and its share in the heat market is 18%. The Group estimates its share in the market of energy from renewable sources at 10%. In the distribution area of ​​approx. 123 thousand. km2 PGE serves 5.5 million customers. Its market share in terms of the volume of distributed electricity is 25% and sales to end users - 33%. The company has been listed on the WSE since 2009.
