CCC footwear giant prepares digital drive, with top hires from PKO and Allegro

According to the findings of Business Insider Polska, major changes are in the pipeline in the largest Polish company dealing in footwear trade in Poland, valued at PLN 6.7 billion. CCC is another company that focuses more and more on e-commerce and digitization of processes.

Adam Marciniak, who resigned at the end of July and left the management board of the largest Polish bank, PKO BP, will join the management board of CCC within the next few weeks. Marciniak is a man well known not only in the banking sector. He is one of the most experienced managers dealing with digital transformation of business.

As we wrote last week, Damian Zapuła resigned quite surprisingly. In a laconic message sent to investors, there was a statement: “Damian Zapłat admitted that he plans to take up new professional challenges”. Today we know what these challenges are. As Business Insider Polska found out, Zapłat is going to move from Allegro to the management board of the e-footwear company belonging to the CCC group.
