PERN allocates PLN 130 million for photovoltaics

PERN has launched a procurement procedure to obtain conditions for connecting photovoltaic installations in 9 fuel bases to the power grid. This is the first step in the implementation of the project “PERN – the producer of green energy”, implemented as part of PERN’s strategy for 2021-2024, for which the company will allocate PLN 130 million

The task includes obtaining the conditions for connecting to the power grid of photovoltaic installations at 9 locations at the PERN bases in Adamów, Koluszki, Nowa Wieś Wielka, Wola Rzędzińska, Kawice, Chruściel, Barycz, Dębogórze and Małaszewicze, are listed.

Analytical work is currently underway to select further locations where photovoltaic installations will be built, PERN also reported.

PERN is a national leader in crude oil logistics and a leading entity in the storage of crude oil and liquid fuels as well as pipeline transport of crude oil and fuels.
