PCC Exol danced sales to Russia, Belarus and Ukraine

The value of the sales of the PCC Exol Group to Russia, Belarus and Ukraine amounted to 3.3% of the total sales revenues of the group in 2021. For the first 2 months of 2022, the share of these sales was 2.6%. Currently, the PCC Exol Group has suspended sales of goods to these countries, the company said.

“At the same time, raw materials are an important issue for the group's operations. In 2021, the company did not make direct purchases of raw materials from Russia. However, according to the best knowledge of the company, identified indirect purchases of raw materials from Russia, used for the needs of PCC Exol, accounted for an estimated 1.5% of the costs of materials and energy consumption last year. For 2022, the company did not plan direct purchases and planned to reduce the share of indirect purchases of raw materials from Russia, "wrote President Dariusz Ciesielski and Vice President Rafał Zdon in a letter attached to the annual report.

Due to the dynamic situation in Ukraine, it is very difficult to predict how the crisis may translate into the company's operations in the future. The Group analyzes the available information and makes efforts to minimize their impact on its activities as much as possible, along with the development of events, summarized.
