Panattoni will build Panattoni Park Siedlce distribution center with an area of 24600 sq m. m2, the developer said. The company believes that the first investment on this market is an alternative to the Warsaw market and a response to the boom in e-commerce and the development of local enterprises.
Panattoni Park Siedlce comprises two buildings with a total area of 24,600 m2, of which half of the planned space will be delivered by April 2022. It will be the first class A warehouse facility in this market. The investment already has its first tenant – a logistics operator, which in September this year. will take approx. 5.5 thousand m2.
“Siedlce is another market discovered by Panattoni. In recent years, the developer has driven, among others, development of Western Poland – by implementing the first class A investments in locations such as Zielona Góra or Gorzów Wielkopolski. In addition, the company was the first to focus on numerous markets in Eastern Poland – building, among others, in Lublin, Rzeszów, Kielce or Białystok, ”said head of development Michał Samborski.
