Panattoni obtained EUR 67 million in financing from PKO BP for a project in Poznań

Panattoni obtained EUR 67 million in financing from PKO Bank Polski for the construction of an 82,000 sqm facility. m2 within Panattoni Park Poznań A2, the company announced. The investment will be handed over in October this year, and the entire space will be rented by the giant of the clothing industry.

Panattoni Park Poznań A2 is to have an area of 150,000 sqm. m2 in two buildings. The larger of them was financed by PKO Bank Polski, which granted a construction and investment loan of EUR 67 million.

“Panattoni once again confirms the huge level of trust on the part of financial institutions. Banks recognize the growing potential of the industrial space market, the fastest growing segment of the real estate industry. The wide range of sustainable solutions that will be implemented in the facility is also significant, contributing to its very high standard,” said Karina Trojańska, chief financing & operating officer at Panattoni, quoted in the release.

As part of the investment, approx. 3,000 people will find employment. The building will be built without the use of PVC and will pass environmental certification using the Breeam method at least at the Excellent level. The developer will prepare a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 700 MWp, a BMS and intelligent lighting system, and a rainwater recovery system. In addition, employees will benefit from chargers for electric cars, infrastructure for cyclists, a gym and an outdoor terrace, a volleyball court, a boules track and a central drinking water installation in the office.
