PAK-PCE will invest nearly PLN 342 million in the Przyrów Wind Farm

PAK-Polska Czysta Energia (PAK-PCE) - a subsidiary of ZE PAK - acquired 100% of shares in Farma Wiatrowa Przyrów from KI Foundation, ZE PAK reported. The total estimated capital expenditure related to the acquisition and implementation of the farm will amount to nearly PLN 342 million.
"PAK-PCE acquired shares from the seller as part of an investment project consisting in the implementation by PAK-PCE of a RES installation in the form of a complex of 14 wind farms within the Przyrów commune, Częstochowa poviat, Śląskie voivodship," reads the release.

The investment provides for the construction of a wind farm consisting of 14 wind turbines with a total capacity of 42 MW in Przyrów.

The ZE PAK Group operates in the area of ​​lignite mining, as well as the generation and sale of electricity and heat. The company has been listed on the WSE since 2012. Its consolidated revenues amounted to PLN 2.21 billion in 2020.
