One of the members of the management board of PKO BP resigned

Adam Marciniak resigned from the position of a member of the management board of PKO BP – the management board of PKO Bank Polski announced on Monday in a press release.

On July 26, 2021, Adam Marciniak resigned from membership and from the position on the Management Board of the Bank with effect on August 13, 2021. It was added that “the resignation did not include the reasons for its submission”.

Marciniak has been associated with the PKO Bank Polski Group since 2011. In 2011-2017 he was the director of the Application Development and Maintenance Division of PKO BP, from 2011 to 2014 – the vice-president of Inteligo Financial Services, until 2017 a member of the Supervisory Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A., and currently the chairman of the supervisory boards of: PKO BP Finat sp.z o.o. and Operator Chmury Krajowej sp.z o.o.
