The contractor in the RES segment – the listed ONDE – is dynamically expanding its investment portfolio. The company has just signed a preliminary contract for the purchase of 50 percent. shares in a 150-megawatt PV project. Thus, ONDE’s investment portfolio has grown to nearly 830 MW of wind and solar PV projects.
“This project is at an advanced stage of development – it already has the conditions for connection to the grid.” – says Marta Masternak, management board representative for the acquisition and development of RES projects at ONDE.
“It is an attractive investment, located on a large area with a favorable terrain profile. Therefore, it perfectly meets the criteria for selecting projects for our investment portfolio” – adds Marta Masternak.
ONDE, the leader on the Polish market of RES installation contractors, is expanding the portfolio of renewable energy projects in line with the development strategy, for the implementation of which the company obtained PLN 214.5 million in the IPO process. These funds have already allowed ONDE to refinance previously purchased solar and wind projects. The remaining money is successively used to purchase further projects, which will be implemented in the develop-build-sell formula.
