The purchased PV farm projects – located in the voivodships of Zachodniopomorskie and Kujawsko-Pomorskie – are at an early stage of preparation – before the building permit is issued.
The deal increases the size of the company’s portfolio to around 700 MW, Onde said.
“This year we plan to spend about PLN 50-60 million on expanding our development portfolio. The just acquired 90 MW is one of the first such transactions. We have great appetites, but we want to buy carefully, targeting good and safe projects that promise best in terms of implementation and profitability – so as to use the capital obtained from investors as efficiently as possible. Haste is not a good advisor, so we will ask investors for patience and trust, ”said president Paweł Średniawa.
