Oferteo, the leader in Poland in the online on-demand services sector, intends to debut on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company has submitted an issue prospectus to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
The company focuses on running the bideo.pl platform, where it connects people and companies interested in purchasing services and products from contractors and suppliers. In other words, the platform offers the possibility of free and quick access to specialists ready to execute orders.
“We are planning further expansion in other segments with high growth potential, such as finance, law, transport and home services (including repairs, cleaning). (…)”- says Karol Grygiel, member of the management board, marketing director at Oferteo.
Oferteo intends to debut on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. For this purpose, the company submitted an issue prospectus to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
After approval of the prospectus, which may take several months, the company will start the procedure of entering the main market of the WSE. Oferteo did not say whether the debut will be accompanied by an issue of shares or the sale of existing ones.
