Austrian NFON opens new office in Warsaw and expands its operations in CEE

Currently, seven NFON branches serve over 50,000 business customers in 15 European countries. In order to support and increase activity in Central and Eastern Europe, the company opens a new office in Warsaw, which will be the first office in this region.

In addition, NFON plans to increase the number of employees working for clients based in Austria and Central and Eastern Europe, which by the end of 2022 will result in 50 people supporting clients from this region.

“The transformation processes currently taking place in the CEE market show enormous growth potential for cloud telephony solutions in the coming years. Remote work is not going to disappear anytime soon, and businesses, both small and large, are increasing their digital presence by leveraging online channels to attract and keep in touch with new customers. So it is obvious that local businesses will need as much support as possible. We are glad that we will be able to help companies from Poland, Slovenia and Croatia even more effectively than ever before, ”says Gernot Hofstetter, Managing Director of NFON GmbH in Austria and Central and Eastern Europe.

Currently, almost 90% of companies from Poland, Slovenia and Croatia do not use cloud communication, but it is expected that by 2025 16% of companies in Poland, 25% in Croatia and 30% in Slovenia will move their communication to the cloud, which is in line with with the trend observed in Western Europe.
